2.2 Service Limitations

• Accuracy: While our AI technology aims for high accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% accurate transcriptions. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of transcripts.
• Availability: We strive for high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service interruptions.

3. User Accounts

4.3 Prohibited Activities

5. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

• You Retain Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the audio/video files you upload
• Generated Transcripts: You own the transcripts generated from your content
• License to Process: By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transcribe your files solely to provide you with the service

5.2 Our Platform

• Platform Ownership: TalkToText AI owns all rights to our platform, including our AI technology, algorithms, software, and website
• Trademarks: "TalkToText AI" and associated logos are our trademarks
• No Transfer: These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you

5.3 User Representations and Warranties

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights to the uploaded content
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have obtained all necessary permissions, consents, and releases for the content
• Your use of the service does not violate any laws or third-party rights

6. Copyright Infringement and DMCA

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.2 Transcription Accuracy

• User Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all transcripts
• AI Limitations: AI technology has inherent limitations and may make errors
• No Liability for Errors: We are not liable for any consequences arising from transcription errors

9.3 Content Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for user-uploaded content
• We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the accuracy of user content

9.4 Third-Party Services

• We use third-party services (cloud storage, AI APIs, payment processors)
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures or data breaches
• Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies

9.5 Limitation of Liability
